Compassion, a New Way to Feel Strong

In this TEDx talk, Russell Kolts, a licensed clinical psychologist and Professor of Psychology at Eastern Washington University, speaks about compassion as a way to overcome difficult emotions. He shares with us his battle with anger and demonstrates some tools and techniques that helped him to overcome this strong negative emotion.
